Stacy is the best, she is very helpful always, whenever I am thinking to go out of country i always call or message her and she replied instantly. She always give me the best offer and she makes sure i am happy with what i want.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with such a good experience. The call handler that I spoke to was extremely pleasant with a very polite and calming manner. When I was booking my flight to Mauritius, with packandfly I was very apprehensive, as there is a lot of scam going on at the moment. Just received my E-tickets for 4 passengers travelling from London to Bangkok, and return. I have been checking fares for the past few days and finally gave Pack and Fly a call. Spoke to Stacy who secured for me 4 tickets on business class, direct flight for less than the cost of a one-stopover flight. Apart from the price I found Stacy to be very polite, very helpful, very professional and definitely an experienced operator. I was skeptical in the beginning as I have never dealt with this company before and we travel yearly to Thailand, but after talking to Stacy for I few minutes she allayed my fear and suspicion.Would definitely and without any reservation recommend Pack and Fly for your travel bookings. If possibe ask for Stacy but I am sure the other members of staff are as good......but not better!!
