I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with such a good experience. The call handler that I spoke to was extremely pleasant with a very polite and calming manner. He was very patient and guided me through every thing that I needed to know and do. He called me back promptly when he said he would and if he took longer than he had said he kept me updated with the reason why he kept me waiting. His name was Brian and he was a star. Thank you.

I had the best customer service this afternoon with Stacy. She was very patient and did not seem like she was in a hurry to end the phone call. She allowed me to speak and did not try to speak over me. I experienced good communication. I would love for the next time I fly, to get Stacy as my agent for booking.
