It was most scary experience to book this ticket with you. Because of being a victim of fraud most recently. Sid You were most kind and helpful. It is so much so that writing this review is bringing tears in my eyes. You were patient contiguously showed companion as I was scared. You did not show any frustration toward my silly but very important questions. I really appreciated your gesture which will be used hopefully soon with you. As will only call you to book next time. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with such a good experience. The call handler that I spoke to was extremely pleasant with a very polite and calming manner. He was very patient and guided me through every thing that I needed to know and do. He called me back promptly when he said he would and if he took longer than he had said he kept me updated with the reason why he kept me waiting. His name was Brian and he was a star. Thank you.
